Now that the extra benefits are about to end, it seems the looming ending is not the panacea for the labor shortage all had hoped for. People are still holding for better opportunities. Of course, there is no reality where work is not a thing, but how meaningful that work is, is a thing. This is why businesses are having trouble hiring and retaining employees.
