First, let me say Happy Memorial Day and a heartfelt Thank You to the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice, courageously losing their lives defending our freedoms. 🇺🇸 Let us never forget, “Our flag doesn’t fly because the wind moves it, but because of the last breath of each soldier who died protecting it.” Welcome to Monday Morning Mastery powered by The NEXT Academy - leadership built for contractors. As always I hope this finds you ready to attack the week ahead. This Wednesday Night we have Class 15 of The NEXT Academy and to me it’s one of the most important lessons we teach throughout the year to our contractor participants from across the county. We’re going to analyze the "F Word" - Failure. It’s important to first recognize that failure will happen, and when it does, you have two options. You can accept it and stay average... Or ... You can use it as an opportunity to grow... Failure is the stepping stone to ultimate success. Just because you #FAIL does not make you a #FAILURE. I challenge you to embrace this life with a new relationship to failure… I don’t care what people say, I don’t care what people think, I’m going to courageously pursue greatness. And when failure comes, I will pick myself up, learn from it and come back stronger and better than I was before. Remember, as Denis Waitley once said “Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end.
