The Fae

Starting the year off strong with dark and twisted material, Daniela presents the European fae. The women open the episode chatting about anxiety with special shout-outs to Abi's mom and husband.  Daniela describes the various kinds of fae with regard to cultures from where they originated and the superstitions that developed. Mischievous little creatures are said to try and replace human infants with their own kind, abducting and raising the child. Babies born with disabilities may have been abused or abandoned, placing blame on the evil fairies for stealing their child or cursing them. Daniela fights Pepper for the spotlight in this one making them believe she was being controlled by fairies. They discuss how they relate to changelings and learn some fae from other regions.
