Born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Sarah completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Business Management, created a business that facilitated leadership workshops in public schools and worked at New Day Community Church as administrator and then staff pastor. Co-pastoring with her husband Seth, they led a young adult community and were involved in every aspect of leading the church. After attending BSSM, Sarah was assistant to Steve & Wendy Backlund for two years and was a Revival Group Pastor at BSSM for 4 years. Currently, Sarah and Seth are Executive Pastors at New Day Community Church in Summerville,SC.
