When God told Abraham to leave his family and homeland to follow Him, the patriarch packed up and left. Obviously, Abraham believed that God was who He said He was and He was able to do what He promised. As a consequence of this great faith, Abraham received the promises—a land, a nation of descendants, and a mission to bless the world. You and I are called to walk in the same faith of Abraham.
