The Famous Ones | Part 1
from Harvest Church Podcast Hosted by Harvest Church Lehigh Valley
This series launches a exploration of the foundational biblical stories that shape our faith, beginning with Genesis 1–2. It emphasizes that accepting God as Creator is the key that unlocks the meaning of Scripture, revealing a God who brings order from chaos, creates with purpose, and reigns sovereign over all things. Humanity’s creation in God’s image sets us apart with inherent value, moral responsibility, creativity, and a capacity for relationship with God and others. Though that image was marred by sin, the sermon points to its restoration and perfection through Jesus Christ, the true image of God.
