Women hold 52% of all the professional jobs in the US, yet only 5% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women. The FAU Women in Executive Leadership (WEL) program is a strategic initiative designed to level this ratio by giving participants an opportunity to develop a competitive advantage. FAU WEL is currently accepting applications for the fall cohort, which begins August 24, 2019, and runs every 3rd Saturday through December 7, 2019.
