The Fearless Happyness Podcast Episode 145 with Ross H Palfreyman

from Fearless Happyness Podcast · host Max Nijst

Joy in the Brambles with Ross Palfreyman An author, natural storyteller, and former attorney, Ross Palfreyman is a man of faith who believes everyone wants to experience joy. His mission is to help as many people as possible understand how to experience authentic joy even when times are hard and filled with adversity. A graduate of Southern Utah University and a law graduate from the University of Southern California, Ross has taken a lifetime of faith and biblical study to find the difference between joy and happiness and turned it toward an important and timely reflection. He teaches people that there are two fundamentally different ways of approaching life and that we have to take our bearings by joy. Now the author of "The Joy in the Brambles," Ross is helping people understand that though happiness may provide a foundation for us, joy is ultimately where we find our fulfillment and our lasting connection to divinity. Listen in as Ross and I sit down to discuss the moment he discovered the difference between happiness and joy, his mission to help others do the same, and how he eventually found a way to create a life of FEARLESS HAPPYNESS!
