At four, JC moved to the US with his family for a better life. Growing up in poverty, JC started working at 13 to help his family overcome financial hardships and obtain a sustainable life here in the US. After overcoming many hardships from his younger years, JC learned through great faith, hard work, discipline, and setting goals that he could achieve levels of success in his life that he never thought would be attainable. After investing in personal and business development mentors, JC entered the real estate industry to pursue his passion for serving and helping others. He would spend the next 20 years dabbling on and off in the construction and real estate industry, gaining the experience and knowledge he would need to grow and succeed. He would eventually move on to franchising but has always kept one foot in the real estate arena. Now the owner of a new real estate endeavor, JC spends his days wholesaling, flipping, short and long-term rentals, and pursuing opportunities in the mobile home and RV part sector. Happily married to an amazing wife and the proud father to an amazing daughter, JC enjoys traveling the world with his family while also watching college football.
