The Feasts of the Lord - Pentecost VII - Christ in the Midst

This is the reality of Pentecost that we must come to, CHRIST IN OUR MIDST!  I grew up in Church as a Pentecostal.  In the understanding I grew up with, I never connected Pentecost to the Feasts of the Lord, but to the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.  This was my connection to Pentecost, that we would be Baptized in the Spirit, speak in tongues, and do the works of Jesus.  While I believe this to be truth of Pentecost, I believe it goes much deeper.  The deepness of it is Christ in our midst.  Christ in you. Jesus declared that when the Spirit comes we would KNOW!  KNOW WHAT?  "I am in my Father, you are in me, and I am in you."  By the coming of the Holy Spirit, we know that Christ is in us.  The Holy Spirit declares Him to us.  Shews Him to us.  Reveals the Living Christ, who is our very life to us.  To me this is the Feast of Pentecost, the Spiritual Reality of Christ Jesus Living in His People, and His People coming to this realization that He is in us and we are in Him.  Glory to God!
