The Fed Officially Stops Rate Cuts

The Path Forward for financial markets seems more murky now, than ever.. The Fed has officially paused cutting interest rates for now...after cutting 1 full percentage point since beginning to cut rates in September. All the while, long term interest rates have continued to rise over this same time period with growing uncertainty around the inflationary outlook. Tech and Communication companies continue to report optimistic earnings for the last calendar quarter of 2024....but don't count out concerns around economic growth just yet.
