What is beyond my strength is not beyond His authority. What I cannot reach, God can reach. What I cannot change, God can change. What I cannot move, God can move.This is not a prayer of passivity. If there is something I must do, I ask God for wisdom and courage to do it.But when I have reached the limit of my ability, I refuse to allow anxiety to convince me that everything depends upon me.So I pray:God, go where I cannot go. Touch what I cannot touch. Open what I cannot open. Close what needs to be closed. Expose what needs to be exposed. Redirect what needs to be redirected. Restore what needs to be restored.
