Our guests this week was self-taught filmmaker Joy Marzec. Joy has always liked fairy tale, mythical, ghost, and surrealistic stories. These influences can be easily recognized in her films. Upon making her first feature film in 2007, she discovered she loved every stage of the filmmaking process. Her second feature "I am That" can be seen on Amazon Prime and Tubi. Joy co-owns a production company that specializes in Ashtanga Yoga. She's constantly working on projects whether for the production company or in the narrative space. Her third feature film, "24 Frames Lalla" recently played at the Santa Fe International Film Festival.
