MLB Spring Training has begun with pitchers and catchers reporting and all other positions set to report over the coming days. After the disappointment of last fall the Philadelphia Phillies were relatively quiet on the free agent front. Can the Philadelphia Phillies stay put or do they need to add one of the top 2 free agent pitchers to ultimately contend for a championship? The MLB offseason featured many superstars changing teams with no one being more active then the Los Angeles Dodgers. Can the Los Angeles Dodgers finally get over the hump in the National League? Along with the Los Angeles Dodgers, the New York Yankees and Baltimore Orioles loaded up to try and dethrone the Texas Rangers in the American League.
