Have you ever done something absolutely terrible to someone? The aftermath of that moment brings so much pain and destruction, and results in broken people and broken relationships. What about when someone does something terrible to Jesus? In some of His final moments on earth, we see Him interact with His friend and disciple after he had left and betrayed Him during his torture and crucifixion. Jesus uses this opportunity to not only forgive his friend, but restore his purpose.
