Baruch College School of Public Affairs presents a series of events at the Third Annual Public Affairs Week. Two panelists speak on "The Financing of Public Higher Education: Is it in Peril": John W. Wiley, Chancellor, University of Wisconsin at Madison, and Dr. Paul E. Lingenfelter, President, State Higher Education Executive Officers. David Birdsell, Dean of Baruch College School of Public Affairs makes the welcoming remarks. Rosemary Markowski, Director of Institutional Counseling Services, TIAA-CREF speaks briefly after Dean Birdsell's opening remarks.
