The First 3 Seconds Decide Everything

The first three seconds decide whether your video lives or dies. What you say and how you say it matters.Production quality matters.Your offer absolutely matters. But none of it gets a chance to work if people don’t stay past the first three seconds. In this video, I break down how we’re developing better hooks for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts — without gimmicks, trends, or trying to act like influencers. Here’s what we’re doing:• Studying reels we actually watch• Identifying the patterns that make us stop• Building a working hook list• Using AI (Gemini + Grok) to refine ideas• Testing everything live as we grow Why Run Today @whyruntoday from scratchWe’re starting small.27 subscribers on YouTube.Just over 100 followers on Instagram. No shortcuts. Just structure, testing, and iteration. If you’re a business owner trying to grow organically without wasting time, this gives you a repeatable system instead of random posting.Subscribe and follow along as we build this in public.
