The First "Broken" Home was Redeemed and Healed by God

The first home in history was overthrown by rebellion and selfish desire.  God had made known to the Adam his will.  The Adam was not to eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good (tob) and evil (ra).  By eating of the fruit the Adam entered into a new state of existence.  He entered into the realm of death.  The reality of "...dying thou shalt die" is not longer merely a noetic promise it is a fact with far-reaching consequences.
