Welcome to the very first episode of "B" True to You, a podcast about breaking through. I’m your host, Bethany, but you can call me “B”! I started this podcast because I wanted to create a safe space that allows people to feel like they have an outlet, a voice, and a place to be true to themselves. But beyond that, I wanted to create a space where people are allowed to question what they’ve been taught, talk out perspectives, and break through! The first episode will just be me, letting you get to know me as a host, by asking myself a series of questions that in later episodes, I will be asking guests!
