As sad as this is, one thing can be for certain, this incident would have been avoided had the "protester" stayed out of the way of agents performing their lawful duty. ICE has broadcast who they are arresting. These are not poor people just trying to make it in the US. They are targeting and arresting known violent criminals. Rapists, murderers and child molesters.
