The first show of 2025!

from ROCK MORNINGS · host Brian Simpson

And we're back! After taking the last week off, Jean returns to the show and we heard all about her holiday celebrations. We also spoke with Colin Mochrie from "Whose Line Is It Anyway" about his upcoming live shows at the Pabst Theater & the Pablo Center. Lots of horrific news this morning, including updates on the terrorist attack in New Orleans, the Cybertruck explosion at the Trump hotel in Vegas, a shooting outside a nightclub in NY, and an update on the shooting in New Lisbon. In sports, we recapped yesterday's College Football Playoff bowl games, including the wild finish between Texas & Arizona State, and we took a look ahead at the rest of the upcoming bowl schedule. Also, the NBA came down hard on the Miami Heat & the Houston Rockets for their recent on-court dust-up. The new year has begun and if you're looking for some healthier eating options, maybe some delicious watercress? Apparently, it's the most nutrient-dense veggie out there. A new "Karen of the Day" is apparently a big fan of the movie "Titanic" and also really wants to drink some water. Cool story about a kid who had to have his spokes on his bike cut after his foot got stuck in them. And check out this ref who ate a few punches during a recent kickboxing match. Dude's got an IRON jaw! During today's "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about a #FloridaScumbag who slammed a puppy to the floor, a #FloridaWoman who stole someone's credit cards & made a bunch of purchases, a possible Airbnb ban for Lily Phillips, and AI robots learning to do surgery by watching videos!
