When we experience a break up, it's natural to feel shocked, overwhelmed, sad, depressed and negative. We might feel that the world is crashing down and everything is bleak, including our future. What we thought would be a happy life with this person is gone and gosh, it hurts! Is it possible to find healing and move on, and rebuild a new life? Yes. In this interview with Chris Goode, a break up recovery expert and hypnotherapist from California, we will discuss the aspects to consider so we can process the pain, grief, and then start lifting our head and heart - rebuilding our life one step at a time.
