The Flame of Discernment

We return to our last conversation about discernment. We consider its definition and if it’s a cognitive process or body-led process where our intuition speaks, or both. We share how our wounds can inhibit our implementation of discernment - whether it’s good girl conditioning, visibility wounds or another mental program that’s running. Through that we see that self worth is the gateway through these wounds and an access point for establishing discernment. In the second half of the episode, we touch on the mythology of BlueBeard. A vivid story of discernment in action.
