Except Jay Garrick doesn't trust Wells, and neither does Cisco, Caitlin, Joe, or Iris. Only Barry seems to be inexplicably okay with his former mentor/arch nemesis returning in the form of an alternate world doppleganger. Of course, Dr. Light of Earth-2 also shows up, and leaves Barry blind--just in time for his date with Patty!
