The Folly of Wind and Solar to Power Pennsylvania

The other day H. Sterling Burnett, director of The Heartland Institute's Arthur B. Robinson Center for Climate and Environmental Policy was a guest on The John Steigerwald Show on AM1250 The Answer in Pittsburgh. Sterling is a frequent guest on that excellent program, and was asked on to talk about Pennsylvania's plan to lean on solar and wind for future energy.
