This is June 2nd's exhortation by Matt Carpenter reminding us that Jesus knows our hurts so we should leave the shadows of self-pity and have faith in his good plan. Matt Carpenter taught history for fifteen years and has served in pastoral ministry for ten years. He is married to Amanda and they have four children: Phoebe, Simeon, Emmaline, and Olivia.
