Dr. Mines is a sports medicine physician at Emory Healthcare in Atlanta, GA. His primary speciality is Family Medicine, but he has added qualifications in sports medicine. During his time at Emory, he has been a team doctor for the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Hawks and Atlanta Dream. He is passionate about community outreach and is currently the Deputy Director of Community Outreach for a non-profit organization that is involved with improving the relationship between peace officers and community members. In addition to this, he is a member of !00 Black Men of America (DeKalb county chapter). With this organization, he provides mentorship to middle school and high school students. He is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and enjoys homebrewing in his free time. He is married and has two 4 year old twin boys and a 2 year old boy.
