Marc is up first to discuss how it felt a bit different this time, why Brad Jacobs and Brett Gallant are performing better now than they ever have been, how exactly he's managed to get to 4 Olympic Games, and how this might shift his plans for next year and beyond. Then we bring Paul back on the podcast after his wonderful appearance last year to give us some insight on why he thinks Team Jacobs practices better than any team, how his coaching has involved managing masculinity, and the challenges that the Cortina portion of the Olympics will bring.
