Lisa Herrington, Emma Shandy Anway & Abbie Harper, 3 mothers, created the pilot project by combining their individual skill sets. Emma is a licensed therapist; Abbie a licensed pelvic floor P.T. & Lisa a certified personal trainer/group fitness coach.
