The Antidote to Meanness: The opposite of goodness is meanness. When we remember that God demonstrated His ultimate love and goodness toward us while we were still His enemies (Romans 5:8-11), we lose all justification for being mean to others. Overcoming Our Differences: We often let petty differences—personality clashes, personal preferences, lifestyle choices, or clothing—build walls that keep us from showing God's love. A Daily Walk: True goodness isn't something we can manufacture on our own. We stay in a state of goodness only by daily walking with Christ.
