The Fugitive

Jacob, who deceived his brother Esau of his birthright and tricked his father Issac in order to receive the spiritual blessing, fled to the home of his mother Rebekah in search of a wife. He worked seven years for Laban, Rebekah's brother, for the hand of Rachel in marriage. But instead Laban gave him Rachel's sister, and then agreed to give him Rachel for working seven more years. After the years passed, Jacob fled again. But now there is a positive turn, Jacob has an encounter with God. Let's see what God has to say to us today through this story.
