On a new episode of the ifa Show, host Neil Griffiths is joined by Asia-Pacific chief executive of digital advice provider Ignition, Craig Keary.

On this episode, Craig discusses the importance of digital advice, how much the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated its adoption and why it will change the future of the industry.

"The impact on this is going to be long-lasting. So I think we've got to be prepared. The consumers need help," he said.

"I was out with a friend on the weekend, and people are considering, 'Well, do we leave Sydney? Do we downsize? Do we move somewhere else? Do we adopt a slightly different lifestyle?' All of that requires financial advice as well.

"So I just think we're in a very fascinating time of our lives, and it's exciting to be in here, and it's a great opportunity for us all in the industry to make this advice more accessible."
