One of the best things about being a restauranteur is the people one meets. That's how Gauri met this week's guest, Ravinder Bhogal, through a casual introduction during a lunch service, which turned into a great friendship.Ravinder is a renowned and award winning British food writer, TV presenter, journalist, chef and restauranteur. She has her own TV show called 'Ravinder's Kitchen', and restaurant called 'Jikoni' in London.
