This is Rouhani's last such speech before June's elections, when Iran elects its next president. Meanwhile, Iran's intelligence minister, Mahmoud Alavi, warns that Iran will proceed with making a nuclear weapon if sanctions remain in place — and the IAEA has now confirmed that Iran is indeed begun the production of uranium metal.
