She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. During her residency, Dr. Hermes developed a deep passion for both men and women’s health, as well as pediatrics, while serving as a primary care physician. She takes a holistic approach to healthcare, emphasizing the importance of nutrition, exercise, sleep, emotional well-being, and carefully evaluating the use of supplements.
