The offshore wind industry in the Philippines is booming. According to a recent World Bank Report, the country has a 178GW potential of wind energy available. Offshore wind developers, investors, government organisations and partners are all working together to realise the vision for the World Bank and the Philippines’ Department of Energy (DOE) Philippines Offshore Wind Roadmap. In this podcast, we’re speaking with Ann Francisco, the Country Manager for the Philippines at GWEC, to discuss developments in offshore wind projects in the fourth quarter.
