Hi, I’m Gabriela Houston! Welcome to my channel where we discuss storytelling in all its forms! It’s my belief that storytelling is an intrinsic part of everyday life as well as an important part of many professions. On the show I talk to writers, artists, journalists, researchers and more about they use storytelling in their jobs and life.This week I chat with Stephen Aryan, an epic-fantasy writer and the author of the Age of Darkness and Age of Dread trilogies. His first novel, Battlemage, was a finalist for the David Gemmell Morningstar Award for best debut fantasy novel and the winner of Hellfest Inferno Award in France.. He has self-published and kickstarted his own comics.Most recently he published the first volume of the Persian and Mongolian history-inspired The Nightingale and the Falcon trilogy.
