The Gastroenteritis Blues: (39) Porter aka TrillBroDude and Keith Pompey Discuss The Sixers with 26 Games Left

It's a very special episode of The Gastroenteritis Blues where, this week, Steve, Emily and Dan are joined by two highly esteemed guests: Porter (@TrillBroDude on Twitter, host of the Find a Topic podcast) and Keith Pompey (The Philadelphia Inquirer). First, all four pepper Keith with questions about his recent reporting on the team. What was Keith's read on how Kyle Lowry stayed in Toronto after the deadline? What was the key factor that led to James Harden getting traded to Brooklyn rather than Philadelphia? Keith also shares some intel on when he's hearing that Joel Embiid could be back in the lineup for the Sixers. Plus: Keith shares how the pandemic has impacted the job of a beat reporter covering the team. Then, Porter, Emily, Dan and Steve discuss a number of Sixers-related topics. How do they all feel now, having George Hill (and Danny Green) on the Sixers, but not Kyle Lowry? What does George Hill do before every game? What do they think of the recent moves from the Brooklyn Nets, Boston Celtics and Miami Heat? Finally, they all send sincere congratulations to BBall Paul and discuss what Mason Jones could bring to the squad. Enjoy! Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
