The GATE Program & The Gateway Mystery

In this episode of The Shadow Signal, we examine one of the most persistent Cold War-era questions:Was the gifted education movement of the 1970s and 80s connected in any way to U.S. intelligence research into consciousness and psychic phenomena? We lay the groundwork by exploring:• Project MK-Ultra and its documented history of mind control experiments• Project Stargate and the U.S. military’s remote viewing program• The CIA’s 1983 analysis of Robert Monroe’s Gateway Process• The origins of the Monroe Institute and Hemi-Sync• What the GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) program actually wasWe carefully separate documented history from speculation while exploring a fascinating cultural question:Why do so many adults who were in GATE programs report heightened intuitive, imaginative, or anomalous childhood experiences? Is it evidence of something hidden?Or is it a reflection of how children experience consciousness before adulthood reshapes perception? This episode does not promote conspiracy claims. Instead, it examines the historical record and explores where myth, memory, and Cold War psychology intersect.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-shadow-signal--6893232/support.Don't like the ads?
