The Georgia Hour, episode 185: Weasels, Stunts, and Shady Data Deals: Rip the Mask Off Georgia's 2026 Election Circus

In this October 22, 2025, episode of The Georgia Hour on Voice of Rurall America, host BKP—unleashes a blistering critique of Georgia's 2026 political machinations, labeling them "stunts" and "bullshit." He dissects a Gainesville restaurant meeting by Lt. Gov. Burt Jones's committee on phasing out state income tax, mocking the photo-op lineup: "the weasel" (fake MAGA Greg Dolezal, per Substack exposés), "pretty boy" Blake Tillery (Senate Appropriations chair behind a $10B budget surge), Sen. Bubba Gooch (mid-text), and Jones himself— all eyeing higher office amid unchecked spending and fee-tax loopholes. BKP supports real tax relief but calls this insincere theater, ignoring seniors' property burdens while Jones revives Grover Norquist's pledge.Shifting to energy woes, BKP slams Georgia's data center "Wild West"—a $10B Jones-family-tied boom needing 10 nuclear reactors' power—fueled by Georgia Power's gas plant push and AJC hit pieces on PSC candidates. With the PSC race imminent, he urges GOP wins to thwart self-serving schemes.Election integrity dominates via clips from State Election Board member Janelle King (husband Kelvin running for Sec. of State). In Fannin County, she exposes: 13 voters at one address (ignored since 2020), DMV auto-registration felon traps, 3,000 missing voter images (allegedly destroyed pre-election), and stonewalled queries to AG Chris Carr and Sec. Brad Raffensperger. BKP praises her professionalism, accusing Carr and others of knowing Trump's 11,780-vote Georgia win but doing nothing.Wrapping with "never forget" jabs at Ponzi-scam GOP "albino rhino," Marjorie Taylor Greene's family shifts, and BKP vows truth-telling sans party loyalty.
