Well we have a verdict in the Gerhardt Konig case, and was a bizarre way to end this unusual case. Dr. Gerhardt Konig, an anesthesiologist living in Maui, is accused of attempting to kill his wife while the two were on a hike in Honolulu. According to investigators, Dr. Konig allegedly pushed his wife toward a cliff, tried to inject her with a syringe, and struck her repeatedly with a lava rock. While it may be my instinct to of course believe a woman in such a predicament, I tried to approach this case and wife Arielle's testimony with an open mind.
