The panel also offer their perspectives on the study of first-line FOLFOXIRI plus cetuximab or bevacizumab in patients with RAS wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer in the DEEPER trial, and colorectal cancer maintenance therapy in the PanaMa and FOCUS4 trials. The panel also consider the use of Nal-IRI in biliary tract and pancreatic cancers, as well as promising data on emerging therapies such as trastuzumab deruxtecan, an anti-HER2 antibody-drug-conjugate, in metastatic colorectal cancer from the DESTINY-CRC01 trial.
