In general, we all share this very human trait to want to perfect the pattern, but it will be more "in your face" next week. For example, we find the hair in the soup and we want to correct it! Yet when the need to correct and perfect tips into definitive standards for how we or others should be, it can feel judgy. It feels judgy because it is! Perhaps you've been on the receiving end of someone else's judgment of your behaviour... not fun. So you can see how working to make improvements based on dissatisfaction can so easily tip into judgment that separates people through right and wrong, good and bad. Ugh!
