The Gift of Joy, Meaning, and Contentment

Ecclesiastes at first glance appears to be very negative and dark. A closer look reveals exactly the opposite, that it is intended to direct us to an incredibly positive perspective. Even in the midst of our broken world, God desires to give us the gift of joy, meaning, and contentment in the simple things in life. After an overview of these 2 perspectives, we will look at one specific issue in chapters 4-6, which highlights our need to accept God’s life-changing gift today no matter where we are in our life journey.
