The Gifts of God: The Gift of Humility

At Christmas we give each other gifts…lots of gifts. Skeptics will tell you that it’s to fuel capitalistic consumerism, but church history tells us that we give gifts to each other because of the gifts given to Jesus at his birth. However, Christmas is not about the gifts we gave, but about the gifts of God. God is the first and most generous giver, and he has given humanity many many gifts, and most of all the gift of Jesus.
