It makes us happier, and our brain doesn't know if it is real laughter or created laughter. Laughter allows us to access the present moment. You can't be angry or upset when you're laughing. Laughter helps us open up and be more creative. There are many benefits to the body including (but not limited to): * oxygenation of cells * strengthens the immune * improves cardiovascular health * reduces anxiety and depression * lowers blood pressure * releases oxytocin and other 'feel good' chemicals * contributes to bonding with others * impacts our spiritual, physical & emotional health You can use laughter to prepare for a speaking engagement or even a phone call. It helps you find a sense of calm. 1-2 minutes of laugher a day can generally improve your mood. Laughter is a tool we can use to diffuse negative energy and elevate our sense of well being. Connect with Bianca and find out more about Laughter Yoga and Laughter Wellness! If this resonated, there's probably an open loop of your own worth closing.
