Jayada Pandit loved being on the manufacturing floor at her father's company in India. As a young girl, well before university, her passion for engineering was ignited by her father's side as she would rush to the factory after school. In adulthood, she later worked on patents with her father, still remembering the toy airplane he gifted her years ago.  Today, Jayada is the Head of Marketing, Branding, and Thought Leadership Initiatives at KPIT Americas and oversees KPIT's Women in Mobility program.
