This week, Judge William J Young ruled against President Trump's policy of incarcerating and deporting foreign individuals over their pro-Palestinian views. He regarded the policy as unconstitutional and as "intentionally" chilling free speech rights around the country. For this week's episode of Global Campus, our producer Carl Massad sat down last week with USC Professor Afua Hirsch to talk about this chilling effect. Hirsch is a professor, author, filmmaker and lawyer who teaches her classes remotely from London.
