The Goddess's Shadow 💕

Hello, Goddesses Happy Halloween. On today's episode, we are going to talk about the goddess shadow. Because we are on Halloween and because we are in eclipse season, although by the time you get this episode, we have already gone past the last eclipse, but the eclipse energy lasts for 4 days after the eclipse so after this episode is out, you still have another two days, and you will also be able to use it for the next eclipse. You can also use it for full moons. Or just come back whenever you want to do a little bit of shadow work. What is shadow work? I didn't know anything about Shadow work until I became a coach, and it is part of coaching. And, then, doing shadow work on me really helped me to realise that I truly didn't know myself and how much of me was not even my shadow. I was masking consciously, but it had become so normal that it was like my shadow. We all have a shadow whether you have a beautiful, idyllic childhood or not. The shadow is part of everyone. Men and women, and our shadow self, lives in the subconscious mind, and this part of ourselves is the part of us that we had to shut down or hide or tone down in order to be loved and accepted. Just don't do it when you're feeling down, or vulnerable, or you got too much going on and also don't do it in the middle of a busy dating schedule. It's best to choose to do shadow work when things are going slow in your dating life, and when you are feeling content and emotionally strong, like this, you can go deeper and make sure that shadow work doesn't affect your life negatively.
