About to publish this episode I'm once again struck by the core of us as spiritual beings having a human experience. How we encompass and embody the whole. Beginnings and endings, magical and mundane, spiritual and practical, seen and unseen. Which is one of the core premises of The Golden Frequency - the show and podcast I'm launching today. I wish I could tell you that birthing this baby has been a breeze, but that would be a lie. Instead as with eeeeevery level of expansion and growth we go through there's growing aches and pains - and it's been SO FUNNY (not!) to watch myself go through literally all of the things I coach and mentor my clients on every week.
